Making a Complaint

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide on how to make a formal complaint with NETELLER.

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team through our online webform, Live Chat, or phone  for quick resolution. 
  2. If your concern is not addressed to your satisfaction and you wish to initiate a formal complaint, then contact the NETELLER Complaint Officer via email at complaints@neteller.com, by telephone or by mail at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint right away.

For members in the following countries, you may also take an additional step by making an appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Please note that the FOS will only investigate your complaint after we have attempted to resolve your complaint through our internal resolution process.
