Keep your NETELLER account secure

Although we’ve pulled out all the stops to make your account safe, keeping it safe sometimes depends on the person manning the mouse (that’s you). Not sure how? Here are some tips you can use to protect your NETELLER account online:

• Regularly review your transaction history. If you think someone used your account to make a transaction, immediately change your password and contact NETELLER Customer Service.
• Never share your account information with anyone—that’s your Account ID, your Secure ID ,your password. 
• Create a complex and unique password that is different from any other passwords you use. Maybe try a line from your favourite MP3, just don’t use something familiar like your dog’s name or your birthday.
• Keep your computer and web browser up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates. You can get software updates from the developer’s homepage. 
• When you are ready to leave the NETELLER site, don’t just close the browser window, always sign out. This will clear your browser’s cache. 
• Never sign in to NETELLER from a public computer—you don’t own it so you can’t know how safe it is. This includes computer terminals at hotels, libraries, airports and internet cafes.
